I bought a travel belt for my son to take interrailing. The product looked good, and when it finally arrived, it was of the quality I had hoped for. But it arrived after my son left for his travels, in spite of leaving a week for it to be delivered, and paying a hefty £4.95 to ensure that it would arrive in time. I made numerous phone calls, some of which were helpful, and some frankly not. In the end I had to go and buy another belt. My advice to Go Outdoors would be to choose a new delivery company or lose customers.
