We ordered a lot of gear from Go Outdoors and all of it arrived on time and in good condition. We would have ordered more if the products had been available for home delivery rather than store pick-up. The lack of availability for some big items for home delivery actually led us to go shopping elsewhere online. I bought the discount card which offers good reductions - definitely worthwhile if you are buying a lot - but I did not get a card number so am not sure how I can use it again....? I will have to search the website for more info....

Hi there,

The items available for store pick up are discontinued items and will have already sold out online i'm afraid. These are reduced to clear and the stock left in the stores that have them, is all we have left.

If you ordered a Discount Card online, the card should have arrived in a physical form with your order. If it hasn't then do feel free to call our customer service team, and they should be able to help out.
