Twice now I've been caught out here by useless staff at till 1st time they didn't put pack a gerber multi tool into my carrier bag the girl obviously left it on counter. 2nd time they charged me for two 70 pound fishing chairs when I only bought one didn't notice till I was looking at receipt having a sort out 18 months later.

Also I've never been impressed by staff knowledge here often been given wrong informstion
