I can't complain about this company. We use them all the time for our outdoor gear. I find the discount card thing a bit weird but as long as you pay the £5 per year you can shop there as much as you want and get all the discounts. The shop is very large which gives you plenty of room to move around with a buggy. I like that you can go in there and put the item on that you are thinking of buying before you purchase!
