“Waited and waited!!!!!!!”

Ordered a coat from Go outdoors online. Didn't hear anything for a week, so I emailed them and they took 2 days to respond telling me it had been dispatched. Then 4 days later they emailed me telling me the coat was out of stock but still took my money. So I have emailed them again to try and get a refund but have had no response from them yet. STILL WAITING for a refund. Absolute rubbish service avoid them at all costs.
