Popped to the store to pick up a fishing rod on a 2for1 deal. Too good to be true! Errrr-yes, pretty much. Asusual insufficient stock to meet the demand. Was told to rder online. Got home, cant order fishing rods or home deliver-Great. Tried the 'reserve and collect' -thats a good idea, works well in Argos I thought. Errr -nope, utter rubbish. Next day, no phone call as promised. Chased the store to find that despite the web saying they had stock they did not have any of these rods at all. Due to the fact i stopped looking after my 'reserve and be disappointed' i now find they have none left anywhere-Great. Is good customer service really dead -it is at Go Outdoors. I'd save yourself some time and go elsewhere.
