as looking for athena 600 footprint went to wakefield very nice man told us they had no stock but to look on website to see which store had.no worries you think! checked on website pudsey store had a few in stock travelled the 45 mins from castleford to pudsey to find out they didnt infact have any stock but the assistant would look into it. went on line as it still said they had stock used there "new efficent reserve and collect" to which we recieved a confirmation email that stated the item was in stock and ready to be collect the next day.Fabulous! i thought untill i made another 45 min journey back to pudsey for the manager to inform me that id already collected it and then they had no stock. so why did they send me an email confirming it was in fact there and that it was ready for collection it does actually say that if the product isnt in stock they will phone or send an email to state this. was appauled that with the tehnology in this day and age that something so simple could of been avoided so anybody thinking of using " go outdoors reserve and collect" make sure you phone or just dont bother there not cheap, there shops are messy and unkept and above all there customer service is rubbish
