10 days after ordering online, still no update, still no contact, still no goods!

Their online account information has now changed from "picking" to " query - out of stock"

I do hope that they are not about to tell me that its taken them 10 days to work out whether they even have stock!

Appalling!

Dont waste your time, choose a company that can afford to bank roll reasonable stock levels and some decent common courtesy.
