“Rubbish Customer Service”

I wish I had read some of these reviews before I tried to buy some goods from these people. Delivery was promised in 3-5 days. Here I am 9 days later and nothing has arrived. Customer service reassured me that delivery would be "this week" when I asked. "This week" has now come and gone and still no stuff.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GO OUTDOORS, they are hopelessly unprofessional and not worth dealing with.
