I purchased a tent from gooutdoors a few weeks ago, i did a pitch up first before we went away and noticed the inner tent was broken, so i took it back to be told that they would have to send it off for investigation and would contact me within a week, i was very disappointed about this, the customer service is very poor.
before i returned my tent to the store i phoned up and was told to bring it straight back and they would exchange it, i told them i wasnt leaving till i got a new tent, they then took my tent out to the warehouse to check if the inner tent had broken, then 1 1/2 hours later stood in the shop waiting, they returned to say get a new one off the shelf.
why couldnt they have done this in the first place it would of saved a lot of time.
