AVOID AT ALL COSTS..... i orded a fishing rod ofline to be collected from stoke on trent, over 50 miles away. I phoned the store to make sure it was there and was told yes, it will be ready by the time you get here. i then drove down 5 hours later on arrival i was told my rod was in the back, after a hour wait i was told they could not find it, it may have been stolen!!!! the next excuse was , well mate we have only been open for 3 months!!! eventually the manager came down and offered me a different rod but for the same price, i reluctantly accepted and took the rod, when i got home i tryd to put it together only to find it does not fit. i have been on the phone for over a hour with there equally rude complaints department... the outcome was that they would send a delivery company to pick it up and then if they think the product is faulty they would send another one out (still not the one i actually ordered) and apparently they have 28 days to do this!!!!!!!!!! a**HOLES
