My husband had purchased a zip for Valentine's Day it went fine until we had to replace the battery and then it didn't work at all. We got a replacement from fit bit but then again when we had to replace the battery it never ended up working correctly. I'm not about to replace it again it's to much trouble. I'll just get a new iPhone and not deal with another tracker. Sorry fit bit.
