Paid for next day delivery but goods got lost with courier... have been told by courier (Yodel) to contact supplier. I have done so on three separate occasions and no response. There is no telephone number to call. avoid this lot like the plague! (read more)

I ordered a pair of Meindl vakuum boots from field and trek because they where the cheapest by far.....then i read the reviews on hear! i had requested next day delivery and spent the night worrying that i was about to run in to a world of trouble but they turned up the next morning exactly as i had requested so to be fair i cant fault they. Ok so I read the reviews and they weren't good, but this was after I had ordered some merrell walking shoes as they were by far the cheapest online, arrived quick tried them on and they broke. “Two defective tents. No replies. Item not in my account ”

The first tent was less than half price and, on a wild camp in the Cairngorms, I found a tension clip missing from the groundsheet to flysheet which meant that the tent would not pitch properly. I had to improvise in a situation which could have been serious in severe weather. Was instructed to return it for a refund and asked that I would receive a replacement. NO REPLY. I ordered a tent from their website but when I went through checkout it gave me e message to say that the card payment had failed so please try again. However I received an email confirmation of the order so I phoned my credit card company who said the payment had been taken - so it's just as well I didn't pay again. I am going to have to agree with the majority of reviews and say this company is an absolute disgrace. I order a product on the 31/12/12 and it is still yet to arrive 24 days later. I have sent no less than 14 emails, some using there online form with the pre listed problems and others with a direct query of my problem. They have not acknowledge any of my emails. “Tent sent with no poles.”

£400 tent was sent with no poles. I have sent 5 emails yet no response, or contact info. It will cost be over £30 to return the tent. All I want is a full refund and them to pick up the tent. This is now being dealt with through pay pal who they have also not bothered to respond to! Really poor customer service, all this company is interested in is the money. I contacted them on three separate occasions about the non delivery of an item. I have been totally ignored and have been forced to raise a dispute via PayPal. I would highly recommend that you do not do business with this company. (read more)

Disgrace of a website. Says my order number is wrong (which it isnt) so wont let me email them to find out where my items are. No telephone number provided either. No direct email address to cut out the ridiculous contact form on their website which doesnt work. Wont be using them again, wont be recommending them. “Cheap products but Abysmal Customer Service”

I placed an order and had it confirmed immediately. The money was taken from my credit card immediately. The following day they told me that one item was out of stock. However they did not refund me. They do not put a phone number on their website, so I have been sending e-mails every day - for ten days none of which have been answered.
