I ordered a tent from their website but when I went through checkout it gave me e message to say that the card payment had failed so please try again. However I received an email confirmation of the order so I phoned my credit card company who said the payment had been taken - so it's just as well I didn't pay again. I tried to inform the company of this but there was no phone number and when I wrote out the story on their mesage form and tried to submit it it kept telling me "message failed." AVOID!!!

TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU THE MESSAGE BOARD IS A JOKE AND THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER
