£400 tent was sent with no poles. I have sent 5 emails yet no response, or contact info. It will cost be over £30 to return the tent. All I want is a full refund and them to pick up the tent.
This is now being dealt with through pay pal who they have also not bothered to respond to!

Really poor customer service, all this company is interested in is the money. Do Not use and avoid at all costs, they are defiantly not outdoor professionals.
I am very surprised the likes of Outwell and other manufacturers will do business with them.

I have experienced TERRIBLE service from this company also. Use the Small Claims Court procedure, very easy. Keep your emails and send them with the court documentation. DO NOT GIVE UP - it's your hard earned money.

Our £550 tent had no ole either!! PLUS its taken two weeks just to finally get the tent on its own!
