Full of surprises

I recently bought a Trek Hybrid- for less than my budget- which was surprise #1.
The staff in Cambridge, the closest store to me, guided me through the selection process then pointed me to the Kings Cross store and treated me as though I was their only customer, even though they didn't have my giraffe-sized frame in stock and couldn't help me immediately- surprise #2.
The City store staff were totally professional their approach- at no time did I feel pushed, and their guidance and advice was first-class, especially as I'm a rank newcomer to cycling. My bike was fitted with the perfect choice of accessories all priced just in my budget, and the machine I pushed out of the shop has been a joy ever since, built up, fitted out and specified by professionals.
I can't recommend them highly enough, and even if there are other bike shops, the team at Evans are unbeatable for service, promptness and attention!
