I had recently purchased a hardtail from this store which they recommended, but during every step, there were issues. I put down the deposit to have it brought to store so it can be built up. However, when it arrived, the build date was pushed back a week as there were other orders that prioritized ours.

After about 3 weeks, I realized the bike wasn't cutting it, so according to thier return policy, it should be fine for it to be refunded as the bike did not have any damage and was cleaned down.

But, thier technically stated that the return within 30 days starts at the date of the deposit, not when we get our hands on the bike. So this meant our window was a little over 2 weeks which they did not inform us about. Now the bike is on ebay and hopefully it sells.
