Evans - may need a second mechanic if no store near

Recently took delivery of a Fuji Road bike which was well priced by Evans. Finance facility available and easy to fund over 12 months which was needed. Generally good service - had to chase up a couple of items, but easy to track through very competent and friendly customer services. My 9nly issue has been with the bike build. The front wheel disc brake has needed significant adjustment following a first ride and astonishingly the front brake cables were run incorrectly around the rear of the front of the frame causing the cable cover to rub on the wheel. I only noticed this after my first ride. I don't live anywhere near an Evans store, and although a reasonably able mechanic given time and the right tools, I decided to have this done by my local mechanic at a cost, as needed the bike ready for commuting. So I guess all said and done Evans offer a great Web store with mass purchase power and therefore competitive prices and accessible finance online. Delivery and customer services are good, but assembly has not inspired me with confidence. If near a store I'm sure they would sort this easily, but if not like myself it may cost you, or require you to have the skills to correct.
