Went to the Chill store are Trafford retail park to look at the bike. Wanted this bike for Winter training on foul weather days. Staff got the reserved bike for me, sorted the saddle height and away I went for a test run. Slight chain rub but they sorted it out. Bought the bike. Was told about the bike guarantee they have as well, so I could swap the bike within 30 days if I wanted. Also brought the bike back a week later as the chain was jumping on the cassette. No problem. Quick fix. So would I would recommend the staff in the store and the bike is turning out to be a lot of fun and versatile!
