My experience was with the Edinburgh store. They treated me like a good friend the whole way through and really went out of their way to help me wherever they could. I am really happy with my high spec pinnacle cyclocross! All of the brand name bikes were simply not as good for the money. Super stoked with my purchase! Big thanks to Dasha and Grace!
