I visited Milton Keynes shop to buy my first road bike. Having ordered the bike I returned tio try it out and have it fitted to me. I found salesman really helpful. Patient in answering all of my questions and explaining the confusing array of choices available. On my return he spent lots of time setting up the bike for me and giving lots of good advice about kit and accessories.
Throughout the experience I believed that I was under no obligation to buy but the focus was on finding the bike that would suit me best and that I would get most out of as a new rider.
Well done to everyone involved and a special thanks to the saleperson who give me so much help.
