“Poor, bad experience ”

I have purchased a Norco Storm from evans and was told that the child seat I wanted to buy with the bike was not compatable with the Norco so I was sold a more expensive seat ( which was cheaper at Decathlon) to use with the bike. After an Evans me me mechanic had installed the seat I found it rubbed against the rear wheel! After returning the seat to evans I was then told that the seat IS NOT suitable for Norco Storm bikes! Furthermore I have descovered deterioration of the rear and front cogs- the bike is only 4 weeks old! I am currently awaiting the outcome after taking the bike back to Evans after just 31 days of owning the bike. Also it cost a small sum of £350.00! I hope they get it sorted as the bike is good but I feel that I have just been sold an old ex demo model! So, so far the experience I'm having with Evans is a Joke to be out politely. Go Elsewhere
