Their ability to communicate is atrocious. I tried calling them to find out whether a bike I had ordered came in. I had to ring them about 20 times before they actually decided to answer the phone. Mg bike came in. i tried it and put a deposit down so I could do the cycle scheme. I called em tofind out whether I couls collect the bike once my voucher arrived. and they said yes of course. As I had specified that my bike had been there 2 weeks ago and I tried it out. when I got there they didin't have my bike and they said they only keep bikes for 2 days. no one had informed me of this. No one had called or emailed me to let me know. If I had know this I would had called them instead of wasting 2 hours of my life. So i could ask them to order it again for me.
