Awful customer service. I bought a bike at Evans Cycles whose chain and derailleur broke. I took it back to the shop in the hope it would be repaired under it's warranty. First they said they would repair it in a day. The next day they said it would take two weeks. Two weeks later I rang the manager. He hadn't even heard of me or my bike. He then refused to mend it because he claimed I hadn't maintained the bike properly. Only thing though I had the bike serviced by them. He then claimed he had no record of this service. Nearly two months later they found the record. They had mis - filed it. Ahhhhhhhhh. Do yourself a favour and buy you bike somewhere else.
