Shocking shockingly bad customer service from store manager Ben Milton Keynes. My Brompton has been retuned three times with the chain coming off and jamming into the frame. Evans told me it is my problem. They will keep repairing but offer no long term solution. Bike was serviced 5 weeks ago. Chain came off again. Ben wiped his finger along the chain and said this was my fault because of the dirty chain. No compensation - Ben laughed in my face and told me to stop being defensive.
