I'm from Rome, and I wish they were here. Superb Customer Service, fast international delivery (FREE most of the times), discount codes, huge amount of available items...
I don't need a physical store, I don't even have to move from home.
I've read very negative reviews on it, I cannot tell anything about that.
Things may happen, but the CS is so kind that one can fix problems if they occur
