“WORST CS EVER.....”

I had a terrible experience with Evans CS, I ordered some time iclic carbon pedals and received some that were just bubble wrapped not even in a box, scratch marks all over them as if they had been used and a bit snapped off the back. These were apparently new and £100, I obviously complained and got some robot named Scot send me a generic email saying the same thing twice, this was that I had to wait for a code to send them back, two days later still waiting! So I'm going back to one of the stores and just getting a refund.... I won't be back to Evans they used to be decent but now they are just quantity not quality!
