I visited the Evans cycles Bristol store today, and had the pleasure of dealing with Ben. He helped me with a Christmas return, which I made more difficult by forgetting my payment card (I cycled to the store and forgot my wallet). Despite this oversight, Ben's attitude was professional, helpful and courteous.
I am a loyal consumer with Evans, as their customer service is always top class. My experience with Ben today in Bristol, has only helped to gain further confidence in Evans cycles.
I will be back to the Bristol store in 2013 no doubt.
