I have bought items from Evans in Leeds City Centre a few times and I am always impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff are. I am relatively new to cycling and was a bit apprehensive about asking a "silly" question. I needn't have worried about it, as the staff are very knowledgeable and always more than happy to give practical advice and guidance which I have found really useful, I am always happy with my purchases. On my most recent visit a member of staff went out of her way to help me seeing me struggle with a toddler and a new bike and it was really appreciated!! I will definitely continue to shop there and would highly recommend anyone visits with your cycling queries, brilliant service, thank you!! :)
