Asked for a replacement Hanger and derailer for Pinnacle mean streak 1.0
which is as far as I know their own brand.

Reply I got ( bought the bike mid 2011 )

"Unfortunately as we do not sell this bike we are unlikely so sell a compatible one on the site"

I have to go through the special parts who may be able to source this.

The derailer - easy enough bought off Amazon in minutes, but the hanger looks
like I'll have to wait.
