I returned my Garmin 800 to the Leeds branch on the 11th Oct as it wasn,t registering temperture accurately. I was assured by the sales team that it would be repaired/replaced within a week. To date, 11 days later I have not even received an update. It is the lack of communication that is most annoying. A short call to inform me of progress would have helped.
