Good prices on products BUT after sales care on bikes is a joke. My 5 month old bike had difficulty shifting gears, tried to get it looked at under warranty but was told by evans crouch end that i would have to pay £35 for a gear service first before they would look at the darn thing. Went to halfords who inspected and adjusted for free. Would never buy a bike from Evans again. Crouch end staff are also so rude on the phone. A disgrace.
