Brilliant except for London Bridge store

Evans Cycles at Waterloo (both stores), Evans Clapham, Evans Fulham and just about all the stores except Evand Cycles London Bridge provide a five star service. Evans Cycles London Bridge I now try to avoid like the plague. If you need any kind of assistance or help don't expect it from Evans at London Bridge. My experience at London Bridge was almost enough to make me only order on-line from Wiggle or others. But, thankfully the memorable and excellence in service plus smile from Waterloo Road, Waterloo Cut and Clapham were enough to make me go back. The awful customer service at London Bridge now forgotten and I can always catch the train at Waterloo. Can't say Kingston-upon-Thames are up to scratch and would probably go to Sigma if I need anything. Cycling is a community and overall Evans seem to have it sorted for those of who only cycle. I have to stop at every cycle shop I pass - without exception. I love Le Peloton Cycles on Winchmore Hill (makes a supreme expresso) but when I get the new SRAM Red it will be via Evans. Castelli clothing I'd suggest Le Peloton.
