I went into the shop, was there for half an hour and no one spoke to me. I ordered the bike online in the end and am still waiting for someone to call me to confirm my order. Overall, would be nice if anyone could help seeing as my knowledge on bikes is limited. At the moment I'm having to seek info from other bikes specialists and would buy my bike with them if my work's ride to work contract wasn't with Evans. Most companies are, maybe that's why they don't care!
