I have found shopping online with Evans Cycles to be straightforward with competitive discounting and offers on some items and the notification and shipping of items has been swift and efficient. The website provides useful guidance and QA sections regarding product sizing etc. and independent reviews from customers are useful when choosing a product. The range of online items available is wide and varied and great for the the cycling enthusiast.

On one occassion when the delivery of a bike in store went wrong the staff in the Deansgate store, Manchester were helpful and the problem was rectified within 48 hrs. I find emails detailing special offers for customers are useful. Evans Cycles is my favoured cycling store due to the ease of online purchasing, good choice with selective discounting and the good customer service. Keep up the good work!
