I recently purchased a Specialized Hotwalk for my daughter. It arrived promptly, built and in perfect condition. I was however expecting a free pack containing a bottle etc (as originally shown on the website). Unfortunately this was missing, not a real issue. I did e-mail the customer services team however and got an instant response telling me one had been posted, and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I do not usually give feedback but i thought that this was excellent. I did feel that i might never here back from my e-mail and it was a pleasant suprise to do so.
