Having been extremely satisfied with my 'Specialized' women's road bike, ordered on-line, I have since ordered several accessories which have arrived in impressively quick time. However, for the first service I took the bike to the Lakeside store - easy to access, not in the main melee of the shops - where I was warmly welcomed and dealt with with huge courtesy and attention. I was having cleats to replace my pedals and was a little nervous of falling off, so Matthew put me on a trainer and gave me a chance to find my feet (as it were)!. I am really pleased with all the contact I have had with the company and find the newsletter with special offers provides great value for money.
