“Avoid. Many other Outdoor stores to use.”

Pushy staff and then poor service when I tried to return an item in pristine condition at the Fort William store. I hadn't even taken it out of the box. Only offered a credit note, which when I looked at it a few hours and 200 miles later had restrictions written on it. £350 spent there, but won't ever visit this store or any of their other stores again. We went to Fort William to climb/walk up Ben Nevis. We decided to have a look at the local shops-a lot as you would expect to do with hill walking/rock climbing etc. We went into the shop called Ellis Brigham Mountain Shop and the service was fantastic. The guy knew his stuff and was able to advise on an excellent set of footwear-I ended up spending nearly £300 o two pairs of boots and Walking shoes.
