I purchased a quick fold trolley about 15 months ago from uK direct when bracket and strainer snapped off. I took it back to walsall shop to get it repaired but they could. Not get the spares to my amazement then gave me a brand new one . They had no obligation to do this the gent who served Russell was excellent . I have used uk direct before and will do so more in the future . A vert happy customer. L Osborne
