In May this year I bought a pair of Adizero golf shoes from Direct Golf in Reading. After 3 months one of the cleats kept coming out, this then followed last week with another two started to drop out. They had been put in and locked properly. However as much as I was very happy with the shoes, 3 cleats missing was a step( no pun intended ) too far. Today ( December 11th) I took the shoes back into the Reading store where I had bought them from in May. I was expecting a bit of a battle and was even expecting them to say you will have to write to Adidas given the amount of use, and length of time I had had them. However, the Manager, Bruce could not have been more helpful and offered a refund on the spot and I changed them to a different make in the store. Fantastic service. I will be buying all my stuff from them in future.
