having purchased a garmin s1 gps from direct golf it would not detect any satellites.i contacted garmin who where very helpful.unfortunately the suggestions they made could not get the watch working properly.garmin told me to get in touch with the retailer Directgolf.i phoned them on friday the 15th of march and was told to return it.i sent it on the next day.i received an email from them on the monday to say that they had the watch and were sending out a new one.the new watch turned up on tuesday the 19th of march.their customer services were absolutely first class.
