I'm a little disappointed, and my daughter heart broken.
It was her bday today and i brought her a new bike, i bought the bike on thurs evening and payed the extra fee for sat delivery,jus to make sure it was here, as it was important, as u can probably guess it didn turn up. It's the first time I have used your company, and my daughter is now 3, as a first impression I'm not convinced, n I'm not sure if I could trust you for future bdays to come good, because I'm sure this won't be the last bike she has.
My daughters bike according to the tracker is still in leeds, so it's not actually got past first base, and was never sent out on an express 24 delivery, and as I'm probably not getting bike till next wk, I got to be honest I feel like iv been knocked for a service i payed for that i never got.
