Ordered a bike on Sunday, no response till Thursday after me emailing them what's going on with the bike. Got the email back that will be send next day for me. Emailed them again on Saturday only to find out that the bike apparently has been already sold in the shop. They offered me similar bike at the same price, " similar " but I ordered Tiagra equipped bike, they offered sora. Cancelled the order. Be aware.
