I ordered a bike for my wife. It was an ex-display model, so was expecting some cosmetic damage. We were very pleasantly surprised to see when it came that there were only two small marks - one on a crank (pedal arm) - which would happen very quickly anway, and the second mark was on the gear shifter. Other than that it was immaculate. It's worth being aware that it needs some minor assembly - namely, the handlebars, the pedals, the front wheel (and for this bike, the front mudguard). None are difficult, but it would be nice if there were some instructions included for people who aren't so familiar with bikes.

The only quibble I had was that it took 4 days before it was shipped, but I phoned up to check on progress, and it shipped the same day. They were very friendly and helpful when I phoned up, and I would be happy to recommend them to other people.
