I purchased a Ridgeback Flight 01 from this co in August 2013. In May 2014 one of the wheelrims failed on the weld still within warranty i contacted UKBikes Depot expecting a fight to claim.

There was a bit of an issue sourcing a replacement wheel to suit however ultimately the issue was resolved in a timely fashion with me having a new wheel built locally and UK Bikes refunding the cost. This was my choice and suited me.

These things of course will always happen and of course is no fault of the retailer. With things like wheels i usually expect a bit of an argument that it has failed through abuse, however the no quibble settlement in the case was a refreshing change.

10/10 and will use again.

The only negative was that I on occasion had to chase for updates re the situation/decision on replacement.
