Very impressed with the level of service and customer care from the guys. Sometimes things can go wrong in life, but is what is done to put those things right. When I encountered an issue with a purchase, I reported it to the team who did everything possible to rectify the particular issue and arrange for a replacement. It wasn't their fault, but they ensured the customer was happy.
