“Easy and Efficient”

I have had no problems with the transaction. The bike arrived within the two days that I had specified even though it was snowy, and so far has been easy to assemble-I still have a few remaining bits to do. All in all a pleasant experience. I haven't tried the bike yet but it looks and feels great so am looking forward to some great rides. Was tempted to give a 5 star rating but as I say I haven't ridden it yet so don't want to jinx anything. The company was most helpful.
