“Excellent Customer Service”

I received a new bike and found it quite easy to assemble. However there was a problem with the gears and CycleGear were very helpful in talking me through what to do - although this didn't work they agreed to pay for me to get it fixed at a local dealer as I am not a mechanic. I would thoroughly recommend them as you will know that they will do everything to help you resolve the problem.
