I ordered a bike on internet but I received a call from customer support next day that they did not receive the money. Calling my bank it turned out that there was some mistake in entering my bank details and they cancelled the transaction.
Two days later I made the transaction on the phone and this time it worked. Customer support was helpful but it took a lot of time to find out what was the problem.
The bike arrived on time but the courier service could not leave at my place. It would be better to offer the option to collect the bike from a depot.
There were some scratches on the crank and the front rim and the front wheel needs some balancing.
