I have had goods not turn up, which maybe because I live in a not very secure block of flats. However you only have to ring the bell! Customer service did offer me gift vouchers as they didn't have replacement in stock. The vouchers had a three month shelf life so I ended up buying handy stuff, lights and patches I didn't really need to use them up.
Second time around I paid for tracked delivery, still waiting.. The competitors offer collect+ at local news agent much more secure and no hanging around waiting for goods. I would think twice about using Chainreaction again
